Joyland
On Monday, December 13, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. the K5-6th grade choirs of North River Christian Academy presented Joyland, a children's Christmas musical teaching the blessing of giving. Through joyous holiday songs and a Christmas play the children conveyed the biblical message that it is "more blessed to give than to receive". Admission into the play was a canned good. These goods were donated to two families in our school who have loved ones with life-threatening illnesses.
