North River Christian Preschool

Welcome to the North River Christian Preschool website.

North River Christian Preschool is a ministry of Open Door Baptist Church. In the summer of 1981, the church established a daycare program for the children of working mothers. Each subsequent year a grade was added until they reached school age children, which grew and is now North River Christian Academy. Open Door Baptist Church continued the daycare under the name "Mom's Morning Out" until a merge of the church and school programs became North River Christian Preschool. The preschool has full day and half day programs for children ages 1-4. The preschool has grown over the years and has been an encouragement to many families. NRCP offers an excellent preschool program in addition to creative activities in music appreciation, gymnastics training, and Compuchild.
 
The purpose of North River Christian Preschool is to bring glory to God. The future looks promising for NRCP. The combination of committed parents, a dedicated director, and a supportive Christian staff spells continued growth and expansion as the preschool strives to honor and glorify Jesus Christ in all they do.
